Long Beach, California rapper Snoop Dogg will head to Australia to headline the 2011 Supafest, which will take place in four different cities.
Snoop, along with rapper Nelly,
Bow Wow and Taio Cruz, are the first acts announced for Supafest, which will hit Sydney on April 9th, Perth on April 10th, Brisbane on April 16th and Melbourne on April 17th.
The event is being produced by PaperChase Touring and Entertainment, including Supafest, Winterbeatz and Summerbeatz.
Last year's first ever Supafest drew a total of 65,000 people, according to organizers.
Snoop Dogg was banned from Australia in 2007 after former Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews rejected the rapper's Visa on character grounds, over his past criminal record.
The ban was overturned in August of 2008, when Snoop was granted permission to enter the country to tour.
