A man has been charged with posing as an FBI agent and luring a young woman to a hotel room with free concert tickets to see rapper Lil Wayne. James B. Faircloth, 53, has been charged with a felony charge of impersonating a public servant. According to Houston's Fox 26, Faircloth posed as an FBI agent and exploited the young girl's interest in criminal justice. Faircloth is accused of showing the woman her mother official business cards that indicated he was with the federal agency. He then took the girl on several phony stakeouts. When she refused to help Faircloth any further, he offered her five front row tickets and backstage access at a Lil Wayne concert. Once the girl got to the hotel room, Faircloth attempted to make the girl spread her legs, while showing her a pornographic movie. The student was eventually released from the hotel room unharmed.
