Rap group House of Pain has been forced to cancel three upcoming shows in Australia, due to scheduling conflicts. The recently re-united group, known for the classic Hip-Hop anthem "Jump Around," has axed three shows from the upcoming tour, in Coolangatta, Adelaide and Perth. The group will still play scheduled dates in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. In related news, House of Pain has announced a remix competition to allow fans to remix "Jump Around." The new version will be played at each of the new shows, while the winning producer will receive VIP tickets to meet the group.
Vanilla Ice has been tapped to star alongside Adam Sandler and Leighton Meester in Sandler's new comedy "I Hate You, Dad." According to reports, Andy Samberg will play Sandler's son, Meester is the fiancee, while Vanilla Ice will test his acting skills as a gay wedding planner. The movie centers around a father (Sandler) who moves in with his son and his fiancee. Vanilla Ice's last major movie role was 2002's "The New Guy," although he was most recently featured on the hit television competition series, "Dancing on Ice." The rapper lasted eight weeks but was eventually voted off of the show. "I Hate You, Dad" is due in theater June 15th.
